Family Reunification Permit

Family reunification is a temporary residence permit that can be granted to the relatives of foreign citizens residing in Spain, based on the right to family reunification exercised by a resident foreigner. 

The family reunification residence permit, granted to the spouse, partner, and working-age children, allows them to work both as employees and self-employed in any part of the country and in any occupation or sector without the need for additional administrative procedures.
